Job summary

JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive product quality control and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role is full-time and based on-site in Kedah, with a focus on process stability and safety practices. Responsibilities include leading inspection teams, managing inspection equipment and reagents, developing SOPs and control plans, and overseeing all quality inspections to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and related quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience.
• Experience in incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control; customer complaints handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong safety awareness; knowledge of lab safety and 5S; Mandarin is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.

Job Summary – Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for product quality control and assurance, improving process stability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Kulim, Kedah, and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, quality-focused team dedicated to enhancing product and process performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead inspection team operations, including manpower planning, shift scheduling, performance management, and staff training.

Manage inspection equipment, measuring instruments, and chemical reagents to ensure compliance, availability, and safe operation.

Develop, implement, and maintain inspection SOPs, quality standards, control plans, and related documentation.

Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure product quality and customer requirements are consistently met.

Analyze quality data, manage traceability systems, and drive continuous quality improvement.

Investigate quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions, and maintain quality records.

Ensure workplace safety and 5S compliance through training, audits, and continuous monitoring.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or above in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields, with 2–5 years of manufacturing quality experience; glass industry experience is preferred.

Familiar with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems, with the ability to prepare quality standards, control plans, inspection procedures, and related documents.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Experience in incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control, customer complaint handling, and quality improvement activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Strong safety awareness and knowledge of laboratory safety, chemical management, and 5S practices. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
