Job summary

JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive product quality control and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role is full-time and based on-site in Kedah, with a focus on process stability and safety practices. Responsibilities include leading inspection teams, managing inspection equipment and reagents, developing SOPs and control plans, and overseeing all quality inspections to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and related quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience.
• Experience in incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control; customer complaints handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong safety awareness; knowledge of lab safety and 5S; Mandarin is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection team operations, including manpower planning, shift scheduling, performance management, and staff training.
• Manage inspection equipment, measuring instruments, and chemical reagents for safe operation and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection SOPs, quality standards, control plans, and related documents.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure product quality and customer requirements.
• Analyze quality data, manage traceability systems, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions, and maintain quality records.
• Ensure workplace safety and 5S compliance through training, audits, and monitoring.
