Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in electronics QA/QC, expertise in ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949, and strong data analysis, communication and teamwork skills. Join a growing EMS with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in QA/QC in electronics EMS.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO/TS 16949 or similar.
• Proficiency with SPC and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct inspections, testing and audits to ensure compliance with specs and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and root causes.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and management to refine QA protocols.
• Prepare quality documentation including inspection reports and test results.
• Conduct staff training on quality standards and procedures.
