Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Quality Engineer in Malaysia to act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams on quality matters. You will manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools and lead corrective actions to improve product quality.

You will coordinate First Article inspections for NPI readiness and support APQP, PPAP, Control Plans and PFMEA. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of quality engineering experience in metal stamping/fabrication.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
• Hands-on with 8D, FMEA, SPC and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools : example - 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
