Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Quality Assurance/Systems professional to lead internal and external quality programs. You will monitor daily QA activities, oversee inspections across stages, and drive action plans for root causes of defects to prevent recurrence.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001 and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments such as Injection Moulding and Automotive/Medical devices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise and knowledge in Quality Management System for ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001.
• 2–5 years' Quality Assurance/System Management experience in Injection Moulding/ Plastic Moulding/Automotive/Medical Device.

Responsibilities

• Plan, arrange and monitor daily manpower activities and inspection planning.
• To ensure in-coming, in-process, final and pre-delivery inspection is being carried out effectively.
• Analyse Customer Complaint, Line Defective Report (LDR) and Incoming Rejection Report (IRR) on the cause, root cause and work out Corrective Action and Improvements Plan so as to ensure non-repetitive of the same problem.
• Implementation, maintenance and compliance of internal and external (laws, regulations, guidance's , customer's and standard ) requirements and procedures.
• Execute the experience and expertise in internal and external auditing techniques , strategies and approach for customer, certification body and regulatory requirements.

• Plan, arrange and monitor daily manpower activities and inspection planning.

• Collaborate in cross functional and across site to standardize Quality System policies and procedures.
• Compile and update quality metrics presentation for internal and external review.
• Assist Management Representative in related activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
• Expertise and knowledge in Quality Management System for ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001.
• Knowledges in Process and System Validation is preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• At least 2-5 years' Quality Assurance/System Management experience in Injection Moulding/ Plastic Moulding/Automotive/Medical Device.
