Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, and have strong analytical and negotiation skills. The role involves maintaining supplier relationships, evaluating quotations, and preparing detailed purchase reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in creating and managing purchase orders.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, and purchasing best practices.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple purchasing activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing process, including creating and processing purchase orders.
• Evaluate suppliers’ quotations to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance, including routine audits.
• Follow up on supplier quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare purchasing analysis reports and maintain accurate purchase records.
• Support internal and supplier meetings with relevant data and reports.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers for timely delivery.
