Job summary

Two Sons Bistro in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement across all outlets. You will manage end-to-end purchasing, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective, reliable supply for daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of purchasing or procurement experience in F&B, strong supplier management and cost-control skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining meticulous records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality preferred.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of cost control, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Able to work independently and make sound purchasing decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing for multiple restaurant outlets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to support daily operations.
• Review purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance teams on procurement requirements.
• Ensure purchasing processes comply with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve supplier and supply-related issues proactively.
• Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
