Job summary

BD Agriculture Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a purchasing operations professional in Selangor to match invoices with orders and manage data, pricing, and costing reports. You will oversee scheduling, deliveries, and stock levels to ensure timely supplies.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in business studies or equivalent, with at least 1 year in operation purchasing, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business studies or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in operation purchasing.
• Independent, organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Have initiative and teamwork within department and with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Match purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders, and file in accordingly.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing data and pricing for all purchasing activities in the system and prepare a costing report.
• Manage schedule changes, cancellations and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Stock monitoring and works closely to ensure proper supplies were received in a timely.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
