Job summary

• Assist in sourcing materials and supplier quotations.
• Use ERP to create and maintain purchasing records.
• Assist in creating PR/PO in ERP.
• Coordinate with teams on purchasing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials, components, tools, and other items based on company requirements.
• Request and compare supplier quotations based on price, specification, lead time, payment terms, and delivery terms.
• Use the ERP system to create, update, and maintain purchasing records.
• Assist in creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP.
• Update supplier quotations, prices, lead times, delivery dates, and purchasing information in the ERP system.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and delivery status through the ERP system.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, production status, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, sales, and finance teams on purchasing requirements.
• Ensure purchased items meet the required part number, specification, quantity, quality, and delivery date.
• Maintain and update supplier information, price records, MOQ, lead times, and purchasing history.
