Qualifications

• Diploma in business studies or equivalent.
• Independent, organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Have initiative and teamwork within department and with other departments.

Responsibilities

• To match purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders, and file in accordingly.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing data and pricing for all purchasing activities in the system and prepare a costing report.
• Managing schedule changes, cancellations and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.

• Stock monitoring and works closely to ensure proper supplies were received in a timely.
