We are looking for Purchasing professionals at various levels to join our team. The successful candidates will support procurement activities for construction projects, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, delivery coordination and procurement documentation.
Handle material requisitions and ensure purchasing requirements are properly verified before proceeding.
Source suitable suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate for competitive pricing and terms.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), ROM, invoices and other procurement documentation.
Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Monitor delivery status and follow up on outstanding or urgent materials.
Maintain and update costing sheets, purchasing records and project-related procurement documentation.
Liaise with site teams to understand material requirements, delivery priorities and resolve supply-related issues.
Monitor inventory levels and procurement of materials based on project requirements.
For senior/managerial level: Support tendering activities, supplier evaluation, purchasing planning and supervision of team members.
Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Purchasing Executive: 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Senior Purchasing Executive: 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
Assistant Purchasing Manager: 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
Experience in construction, civil engineering materials or project-based procurement will be an advantage.
Good negotiation, bargaining and vendor management skills.
Familiar with procurement systems, Microsoft Excel and purchasing documentation.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage time-sensitive purchasing requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with suppliers and project/site teams.
