Job summary

Waterco (FAR EAST) SDN BHD is seeking a Purchasing Executive in Malaysia to identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on product requirements and supplier assessment criteria. The role negotiates terms, pricing, and contracts to secure favorable agreements and cost-effectiveness.

You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers and continuously seek competitive alternatives while driving cost optimization and efficiency improvements in product sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years experience in procurement.
• Experience in sourcing activity is more preferable.
• Logical thinking skill to develop sourcing and negotiation strategy.
• Communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
