Job summary

WATERCO (FAR EAST) SDN BHD is seeking a field service professional to liaise with service admin and technicians on-site and in-house, addressing product issues with accurate troubleshooting. You will feed back to QA/QC and engineering for technical issues and assist the sales team with on-site technical support, training and product commissioning.

The role involves monitoring project installations and supporting marketing with technical knowledge for materials.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in water treatment industry.
• Strong project management skills; preferably in industrial or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge in hydraulics and electrical is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in water chemistry.
• Able to work on rooftops.
• Technical-minded and customer oriented.
• Require good planning and engagement with engineering, sales, QA/QC, purchasing and site people.
• Willing to travel outstation when necessary.
