Job summary

Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is hiring a Purchasing Executive to manage the daily procurement cycle, obtain quotations, issue POs, verify specifications and pricing, and follow up on deliveries. You will prepare monthly purchasing reports, handle purchase returns, and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain minimum stock levels while sourcing from local and overseas vendors.

Requirements include a Diploma, 1–2 years in purchasing, Mandarin preferred, ERP and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• Mandarin preferred as vendors are Mandarin-speaking from overseas.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience.
• Computer literate with ERP system and MS Office.
• ISO internal & external audit knowledge is an advantage.
• Good working attitude and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing cycle: respond to PR, obtain quotations, issue POs, verify specs and pricing, and follow up on deliveries.
• Prepare and update monthly purchasing reports.
• Generate purchase returns and credit entries for goods returns.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to maintain minimum stock levels.
• Source and negotiate with local and overseas vendors; ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
• Maintain purchasing records/data and pricing in ERP; assist in ISO documentation when needed.

Job description

Manage purchasing daily processing cycle form response to PR, get quotation, purchase materials (PO issuance), verify specifications and pricing issue, follow up delivery and etc.

Prepare and update monthly Purchasing report.

Generate the Purchase Return, Return Replacement/Credit Entry for goods return.

Coordinate with Warehouse Department to ensure minimum stock levels are achieved.

Responsible to source, negotiable and purchase materials, packages and deliveries from local and overseas vendors. Responsible to negotiable on pricing to ensure products, quality, pricing, services and deliveries are sources and awarded competitively.

Maintain and update purchasing records/data and pricing in system.

Assist in ISO documentation when necessary.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any fields.

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking vendors from overseas.Minimum 1-2 year(s) in Purchasing experiences.

Computer literate with hands-on experience on ERP system, MS office, company administration.

Knowledge in ISO internal & external audit is an advantage.

Good working attitude, responsible.
