Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, 2–3 years purchasing experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency with ERP and SRM systems and knowledge of ISO standards is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of production materials with timely, cost-effective sourcing.
• Process purchase orders based on requisitions and price limits.
• Maintain delivery schedules and update system records.
• Reconcile Overseas Purchase Orders with suppliers and track delivery info.
• Coordinate weekly material requirements with production schedules.
• Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
• Manage supplier accounts including invoices and reconciliations.
• Support NPI procurement with CE documentation.
• Track returns or exchanges and close issues.

The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that goods and services are brought at the best prices while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement of production materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Process purchase orders accurately based on requisitions and approved price limits, and maintain up-to-date delivery schedules in the system.
• Regularly reconcile OPOs (Overseas Purchase Order) with suppliers and update system records with the latest delivery information.
• Monitor materials shortages and delivery risks, follow up with suppliers, and escalat
• Coordinate weekly material requirements according to production schedules, arranging supplier deliveries and tracking receipt of materials.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and implement corrective solutions.
• Manage supplier accounts, including invoice processing, advance payments, and reconciliations.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) procurement by collecting and providing necessary documentation for CE approval.
• Track and manage returns or exchanged materials to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in purchasing related function.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Familiar with procurement processes, with strong computer skills; knowledge of ERP and SRM systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
• Knowledge and application of quality management system such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and environmental management system ISO 14001.
