Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a diligent employee to manage purchase orders from suppliers in KL, Johor, and Penang. You will learn and apply cloud-based tools like Google Spreadsheet to enhance efficiency and use Autocount Inventory System to generate stock reports.

You will also coordinate shipment schedules to meet deadlines and handle essential shipping documents (CIPL, BL, K3) with forwarding agencies for container trailers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field required.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English; BC language also mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Purchase Orders to suppliers from KL, Johor and Penang.
• Learn and use cloud-based tools like Google Spreadsheet to improve efficiency.
• Use Autocount Inventory System to generate warehouse stock reports.
• Manage time to meet customer deadlines by planning shipment schedules.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Jobscope will be related to prepare Purchase Order To suppliers from KL, Johor, Penang.
• Valuable trainings will be provided to new employees so that they can master various famous cloud based software like Google Spreadsheet, to do coding to improve their working efficiency.
• Employee will learn to use Autocount Inventory System to generate various report related to warehouse stock analysis.
• Employee need to do time management to meet customer deadline by arrange shipment schedule on time.
• Handle shipping documentation CIPL (Commercial Invoice and Packing List), BL (Bill of Lading), K3 form for Custom declare. Pass Convey Note to forwarding agency for container trailer arrangement.
