Job summary

Lee Chee Sin Contract Sdn Bhd is a construction company specializing in building and construction works. We seek a Purchasing Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing processes, monitor stock levels, and maintain meticulous records for deliveries and invoices.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate or higher in a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel and Word, and familiarity with SQL Accounting or ERP systems are valued.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma or graduate in related fields (procurement, logistics, admin, accounting).
• 2–4 years of purchasing/stock experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant degree considered.
• Hands-on experience with purchasing and stock modules of accounting/ERP software is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and track orders to the warehouse and project sites.
• Review the quality of purchased materials.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and driver to ensure proper storage and delivery.
• Perform any other duties related to the position as required.

Job description

Prepare, issue, and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse and various project sites.

Review the quality of purchased materials.

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Coordinate with warehouse staff and driver to ensure proper storage and delivery.

Perform any other duties associated with your position as deemed necessary from time to time.

Requirements:

Possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Graduate, preferably in related fields, i.e. procurement, logistic, business admin, accounting, etc.

Preferably with proven work experience as a Purchasing Executive/ Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar roles

Hands-on experience with purchasing and stock modules of accounting or ERP software is a plus

Experience in construction industry is an added advantage

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Required Skills(s): Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, Purchasing and Stock Modules of Accounting Software, preferably SQL Accounting Software

Preferably with 2-4 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduate with relevant degree, i.e. business admin, procurement, logistic, supply chain management, etc. will be considered
