Beautylite Interiors Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities in a construction materials environment. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, issuing Purchase Orders, and ensuring on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of procurement experience, a degree in procurement or related building disciplines, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle import processes and price comparisons.

Formación

• Must have degree in procurement or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in procurement.
• Experience with building materials is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and issue Purchase Orders in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain complete updating of purchasing records/data and pricing in system.
• Process Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders to ensure proper delivery.
• Handle import of materials.
• Tabulate and price comparisons.

Negotiate and issue Purchase Order in accordance to company policies

To follow up to ensure timely delivery of goods

Maintain complete update of purchasing record/data and pricing in system.

Processing of Purchase Order and Delivery Order to ensure proper delivery.

Handle import of materials

Tabulate and price comparisons

Requirements:

Degree in Procument or Quantity Surveying/Building

Minimum 3-5 years working experience in procurement.

Result oriented with good initiative

Good negotiation skill, interpersonal skill and communication.

Attentive, high integrity and dynamic learner/leader

Resourceful

Experience in building constructional material is an advantage

Proactive and able to work independently.
