Job summary

Organic Home Sdn Bhd is seeking a experienced procurement professional in Malaysia to handle supplier sourcing, negotiations, and purchase orders. You will optimize inventory, liaise with internal teams and drive cost savings.

The ideal candidate has proven procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics, strong Mandarin and English, and knowledge of procurement software and MS Office. This role offers growth within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role within manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating and sourcing suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality goods and services.
• Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
• Preparing and processing purchase orders with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimise excess stock.
• Liaising with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
• Tracking deliveries and managing supplier performance against KPIs.
• Resolving supply chain issues and maintaining vendor relationships for continuity.
• Conducting cost analysis and identifying procurement savings opportunities.
• Maintaining records of all purchasing transactions and agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, regulations and quality standards.
