Job summary

PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd, based in Johor, is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage the procurement process and source materials to support manufacturing and logistics operations.

This full-time role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Procurement and 2–4 years of experience, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Palm Oil Mill experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in Palm Oil Mill is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Search for suppliers to purchase product.
• Receive and record requisitions form.
• Check item details with mill.
• Monitor and negotiate product specification, price, delivery, L.A.D., etc to achieve cost and quality competitiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of products / services as agreed and after sales services.
• Able to do stock take.
• Follow up, checking and verify invoices before submit to Account Department.
• Input stock data information in the system and checking stock quality.
• Efficient and effective stock control and monitoring.
• Record and filling.
• Manage other or special or ad-hoc projects assigned by the HOD or the Management.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Executive to join our talented team at PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd, based in Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for suppliers to purchase product.
• Received and record requisitions form.
• Checking item detail with mill.
• Monitor and negotiate product specification, price, delivery, L.A.D., etc to achieve cost and quality competitiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of products / services as agreed and after sales services.
• Able to do stock take.

Requirements

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Experience in Palm Oil Mill will be additional advantage.
