Job summary

Uniseal Creative Solutions – Taman Senai, Johor invites applications from fresh graduates for a Purchasing role. You will manage purchasing activities, source new suppliers, and ensure materials meet quality and environmental goals.

Based in Johor, the role requires MS Excel proficiency, meticulous organization, and strong communication to coordinate with suppliers, plan production, and monitor supplier performance. Training and learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of purchasing activities.
• Source new suppliers and evaluate quality, costs, delivery, and financial status.
• Consider purchasing and using materials with minimal environmental impact.
• Liaise with suppliers on customer orders for planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with suppliers on stock control based on production capability.
• Monitor external providers' performance.
• Liaise with suppliers for corrective actions on delivery and quality problems; support quality and environmental systems.

• a) Overall in charge of Purchasing activities.
• b) Source new suppliers and follow up on evaluation results, including quality, costs, delivery, and financial status of the new company. Meanwhile, in consideration of purchasing and using materials with minimal environmental impact.
• c) Responsible for liaising with Suppliers on customer orders for planning and scheduling purposes.
• d) Coordinate with suppliers on stock control based on production capability.
• e) Monitoring of External Providers' performance.
• f) Liaise with suppliers for corrective action requests related to supplier delivery and quality problems.
• g) To support and maintain the quality and environmental management system.
• h) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
