Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Procurement/Planning professional to support production scheduling and materials planning in our Johor operation. The role requires a Diploma in SCM or related field and 1-2 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.

You will plan production, purchase materials, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with production teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• ERP or inventory management systems knowledge is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Production Planning
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and production planning

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production based on orders and forecast
• Purchase raw materials, packaging and other items
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and QA/QC for smooth operations
• Track supplier performance and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain accurate purchasing and planning records

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and production planning is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
