Teach For Malaysia is seeking a motivated Operations Assistant for the Pre-Service Programme in Klang Valley. You will handle end-to-end event logistics, accommodation, communications, and travel for Fellows, ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experience from day one.

You will also maintain records, support budget tracking, and implement process improvements under the Operations Lead. The role requires shift flexibility, travel to programme locations, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in event and logistics management preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends.
• Ability to travel to programme locations.
• Proficient in English; Bahasa Malaysia basics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute PSP events end-to-end, including venue and guest management.
• Provide accommodation arrangements and day-to-day operational support.
• Manage communications and administrative processes, including reimbursements.
• Coordinate transportation and travel for Fellows and staff.
• Maintain operational records, budgets and inventories.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operations.
• Support additional operational projects as assigned by the Operations Lead.
