Job summary

Strato Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated PROTÉGÉ – HR Business Partner Support to join our team. This 12-month programme offers hands-on exposure to HR business partnering, client and stakeholder management, and resource planning.

You will gain practical experience in recruitment support, HR operations, and end-to-end HR processes while developing communication and organisational skills through hands-on mentorship and project involvement.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new processes, requirements and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders via calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on HR and resource-related matters.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely fulfilment.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements, updates and actions with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Support the preparation and communication of updates, reports, and relevant HR information.
• Support resource planning and coordination based on client and project requirements.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and resource-related activities.
• Support HR-related documentation, records, trackers and database updates.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination.

Job description

This programme provides hands‑on exposure to HR Business Partner activities, particularly in client and stakeholder coordination, resource management, recruitment support, and HR operational matters. This role is suitable for a fast learner who is confident in communicating with different stakeholders, able to manage multiple tasks, and interested in developing a career in Human Resources and HR Business Partnering.

Key responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on HR and resource‑related matters.
