Job summary

You will conduct market research, evaluate sites, liaise with property owners and agents, prepare proposals for Management's review, and negotiate rental or purchase terms with care and attention to documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable properties, land, commercial premises and potential sites based on the company's business requirements
• Conduct market research on property availability, rental rates, selling prices, locations and surrounding developments
• Evaluate potential sites based on location, accessibility, visibility, built-up area, parking availability, surrounding market and commercial potential
• Liaise and maintain good relationships with property owners, landlords, property agents, developers and relevant external parties
• Arrange and conduct property/site inspections with Management and relevant departments
• Negotiate rental rates, purchase prices, tenancy terms and other commercial terms with property owners or agents, subject to Management's approval
