Job summary

Klanggroup Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Leasing & Business Development Executive to drive market surveys, rental analysis, and leasing proposals in a dynamic property environment.

You will handle inquiries, conduct site viewings, and present leasing proposals to potential tenants while negotiating terms and monitoring documentation. Collaborate with agents, landlords, tenants, and lawyers for smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail & Commercial Property Leasing and/or Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in executing Leasing Activities including Tenant Sourcing, Lease Coordination, and Negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Market Surveys, Rental Analysis, and prepare Leasing Proposals.
• Handle Leasing Enquiries, conduct Site Viewings, and present Leasing Proposals to potential Tenants.
• Negotiate Rental Rates, Commercial Terms, Tenancy Conditions, and monitor signing of documents.
• Liaise with Agents, Landlords, Tenants, and Lawyers to ensure smooth leasing and handover.
• Maintain and update Project Occupancy Status and market leasing status, and prepare reports.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
