Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an ambitious Executive, Business Development to drive partnerships with new car dealers and expand used car opportunities across Malaysia.

You will prospect NCDs, service both new and existing dealers, analyze pricing requests, arrange inspections, and implement sales strategies to boost revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proven negotiation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and build dealer relationships.
• Experience in sales or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new car dealers (NCD) and explore opportunities.
• Service and recruit new & existing car dealers to generate leads.
• Analyze pricing requests from dealers and provide feedback.
• Coordinate car inspection appointments upon dealer requests.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and revenue.
• Collaborate with related departments and adhere to company standards.
• Set sales objectives and actionable plans to achieve targets.
