Job summary

KL CITY GATEWAY SDN BHD is seeking a Manager – Sales Admin (Property Development) in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales Administration team and ensure smooth processing of property sales.

The role covers booking, sales documentation, SPA signing, loan documentation, and completion, with close coordination across Sales & Marketing, Credit Administration, Finance, Project, Legal, and Customer Service departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Administration team and ensure smooth processing of property sales.
• Oversee the entire sales administration process, including booking, sales documentation, SPA signing, loan documentation, and completion.
• Monitor sales transactions and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales & Marketing, Credit Administration, Finance, Project, Legal, Customer Service departments.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, bankers, agents, and other external parties regarding sales documentation and transaction matters.
• Monitor SPA execution, loan approvals, disbursements, progressive billings, and outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, regulatory requirements, and project-specific guidelines.
• Prepare and monitor sales reports, booking reports, cancellation reports, and other management reports. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Track transaction status and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle sales cancellations, transfers, refunds, rebates, incentives, and other sales-related administrative matters.
• Review and improve sales administration processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors or delays.
• Ensure proper maintenance and filing of purchaser and sales records, both physical and electronic.
• To perform any other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time.
