YTL Land & Development Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to coordinate with authorities, prepare reports, and manage sales documentation from SPA to handover of vacant possession.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in property administration or related firms.
• Knowledge of SPA, progressive billing, loan documentation and conveyancing is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Good interpersonal, coordination and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local authorities and government agencies on property sales matters.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation to government bodies and authorities.
• Coordinate sales administration: SPA signing, loan docs, disbursement and handover of vacant possession.
• Monitor progressive billing and timely billings; follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle state authority consents, sub-sales, refinancing, title transfers and related documentation.
• Monitor receivables and assist in timely collections.
• Prepare and analyse reports on credit control, sales administration and outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, billing, collection and related docs.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance throughout sales and post-sales.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities and stakeholders.
