Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Planning & Development Executive to support our property development projects. You will review planning requirements, coordinate with authorities, consultants and internal teams, and assist with CAD drawing preparation, scheduling and site coordination.

The ideal candidate has a built-environment degree, 3–4 years of planning experience, proficiency in BricsCAD/AutoCAD, and strong MS 365 skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a built-environment discipline.
3–4 years hands-on experience in property planning or development coordination.
Experience with authority submissions and approvals, and with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

Support planning, feasibility studies, proposals, and development schedules.
Review planning requirements, identify constraints, and propose submission strategies.
Coordinate meetings with authorities, consultants and internal stakeholders; prepare reports and minutes.
Prepare and amend concept plans and drawings using BricsCAD or AutoCAD.
Monitor timelines, milestones, and budget records; track actions and follow-up.
Assist with procurement documents, cash-flow forecasts and cost tracking.
Maintain project records using Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Attend site visits and liaise with vendors and project teams as required.
