Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Executive to join the Project & Development Team. You'll work closely with architects, consultants and engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to real development projects through coordinated planning and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related fields and at least 2 years of experience in property development, construction or project coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Property Development or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property development, construction or project coordination.
• Experience in dealing with consultants and government authorities will be an advantage.
• Office-based role with occasional meetings/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project & Development Team in coordinating projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and authorities
• Follow up on design matters, submissions and approvals
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding matters
• Prepare reports, project correspondence and maintain project documents and records
• Assist with project handover and completion
• Support the team in day-to-day project coordination
