Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and team with project documentation, cost accounting, scheduling and construction supervision. The role requires coordinating site matters, handling drawings submissions, procurement and monthly claim submissions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent, and 1–3 years in similar roles with strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
• Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor progress of each project and co-ordinate site matters.
• Ensure proper drawings submission and timely approval.
• Co-ordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials in accordance with site progress and needs.
• Ensure timely joint measurement of works done and submission of monthly claims.
