Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Project Planning & Development to lead the full planning lifecycle of property development projects. The role covers concept development, regulatory submissions, detailed design, and implementation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and driving authority approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• Accreditation in PM or Urban Planning is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: lead feasibility studies, site analysis and concept design alignment.
• Submission Plan: develop drawings and documents for authority approvals.
• Detailed Design Development: review detailed designs and perform design validation.
• Implementation (Mock-Up): manage planning and execution of project mock-ups and reflect feedback.
