MYM Consultancy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Property Admin & Customer Service Assistant to support our property business. You will make cold calls, introduce services, and nurture client relationships to grow our portfolio.

Ideal candidates communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, have basic computer skills, and are organised enough to manage records and documents. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential clients.
• Introduce property services and communicate with potential clients.
• Follow up with potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update customer information and follow-up records.
• Assist with basic administrative work, documentation and filing.
• Prepare simple documents, quotations and other related paperwork when required.
• Assist with general administrative and office tasks when required.
