Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma in Property Management, Building Management, Building Surveying or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Condominium / Strata Property Management.
• Good knowledge of property management practices and building maintenance.
• Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• To maintain the safety and security of the residents by implementing and monitoring security, fire prevention and other safety system in order.
• To monitor the service fee budgets and implement credit control.
• To maintain close communication with committee members, residents, local authorities and government agencies.
• To supervise and dealing with service providers to ensure performance is up to satisfactory level.
• To resolve complaints, problems and requests from residents within a reasonable deadline.
• To organize committee meeting, general meetings, townhall, residents meeting and others as required.
• To prepare minutes and monthly management reports.
• To act on other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
