Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Property Management Executive to handle day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and financial tasks. The role supports residents, collects rent, and assists in budget preparation, while maintaining accurate records of maintenance and tenancy data.

You will coordinate maintenance, update systems, and ensure timely reporting in a fast-paced environment, contributing to tenant satisfaction and efficient property management.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience: Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in property management or a related role.
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of property management software and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine property operations and supports tenant and owner needs.
• Coordinates maintenance work and follows up to ensure prompt completion.
• Searches for solutions to tenant concerns and checks progress on open items.
• Updates internal systems and files documents for property records.
• Collects and records rent and fees, follows up on delinquent accounts, and posts updates to the ledger.
• Assists in compiling financial data and preparing property budgets.
• Maintains organized records of tenant interactions and maintenance activity.
• Types and proofreads reports for internal and external use.
