You will coordinate timelines, briefs and assets, work with designers and external vendors, and present campaign updates to management and partners. The role requires strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, English fluency, and Mandarin proficiency, on-site in Bukit Damansara.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaigns or branding.
• Confident public speaker fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency required for overseas clients.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel or Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and deadline management; comfortable with events and roadshows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital advertising, branding and property marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals, assets and deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, marketing teams and external vendors.
• Prepare decks, proposals, talking points and performance reports.
• Present ideas and results to management, partners and sales teams.
• Support content shoots, locations, scripts and talent.
• Track leads and campaign performance; conduct post-campaign reviews.
