Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint, Excel or Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and deadline management; comfortable with events and roadshows.

Job description

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to support advertising and branding campaigns for our property projects. This role focuses on campaign coordination and execution: turning ideas into clear briefs, coordinating assets and partners, tracking progress and presenting campaign updates with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and executing digital advertising, branding and property marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative briefs, approvals, content assets and launch deliverables.
• Work with designers, videographers, digital marketing, sales and external vendors.
• Prepare campaign decks, proposals, talking points and performance reports.
• Present campaign ideas, progress and results to management, partners and sales teams.
• Take part in public-facing presentations, roadshows, launches, events, briefings and selected video/content activities.
• Track lead volume, lead sources, project allocation, follow-up and campaign response.
• Research marketing trends, competitors and creative references.
• Support content shoots, scripts, props, locations and talent.
• Coordinate post-campaign reviews and maintain organised records.
• Perform other marketing execution tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaigns, branding, events or a related role.
• Confident public speaker who can present in English to management, partners or clients.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with overseas clients.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel or Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Good coordination, communication and follow‑up skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Comfortable attending events, roadshows and public-facing marketing activities.
• Property or real estate marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
• Able to work full‑time on-site in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
