Avantex Project Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for its property development projects. The role involves planning campaigns, coordinating launches, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events while managing both digital and traditional channels.

You will oversee marketing materials, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales to support targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of property development or real estate marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing, planning and implementing marketing strategies for the company's property development projects
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, property launches, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events
• Manage digital and traditional marketing activities, including social media advertising, online campaigns, outdoor advertisements and lead generation initiatives
• Oversee the preparation and production of marketing materials, including brochures, project presentations, banners, promotional videos and advertising content
• Conduct property market research, competitor analysis, pricing comparisons and customer market assessments
• Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies that support sales targets and project performance
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, designers, consultants, suppliers and other external vendors
• Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets, expenditure tracking and cost control
• Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness, lead generation performance and return on marketing investment
• Prepare marketing proposals, campaign performance reports, project updates and management presentations
