Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within property development.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience in property marketing, project launches, branding, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, lead generation, and sales conversion strategies.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, external agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.

• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with objectives and revenue goals.
• Property Branding & Positioning: Lead branding, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies for property developments.

• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Drive digital marketing initiatives and improve lead quality.
• Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, evaluate campaign performance, optimise ROI.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Sales Collaboration: Align marketing activities with sales targets to improve lead conversion and launches.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activity to strengthen positioning.
• Agency & Stakeholder Management: Manage agencies and partners for effective execution.
• Management Reporting: Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.
