Job summary

LDS Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Management Trainee to launch a career in property management. You will receive structured on-the-job training across residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, gaining practical exposure to operations, administration and customer service.

Fresh graduates are welcome; you will work under experienced managers, participate in site visits, and advance based on performance and potential within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn; able to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations and management of residential, commercial or mixed-development properties.
• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, residents, contractors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in monitoring building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security and other facilities management services.
• Support the preparation of management reports, budgets, operational records and documentation.
• Assist in handling enquiries, complaints and feedback from tenants or residents professionally.
• Monitor service providers’ performance and ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Participate in site inspections, meetings and operational improvement initiatives.
• Undertake other duties and assignments as required by Management.
