LBS SERVICES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is recruiting a Management Trainee in Penang to rotate across operations, customer service, sales, pest control servicing, and hygiene unit management.

The program aims to develop leadership skills and prepare you for supervisory responsibilities in a dynamic service environment. The trainee will learn daily servicing workflows, handle customer issues, and help improve operational efficiency while gaining exposure to multiple departments and future progression

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Science, or Operations preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on responsibilities.
• Able to work both in office and onsite environments.
• Willing to travel locally and outstation as required for work.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & Field Training: assist technicians in onsite pest control and hygiene servicing, learn standards and safety.
• Administrative & Customer Service: prepare scheduling, service reports, quotations, and job documents; handle inquiries and follow-ups.
• Sales & Business Support: prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages; support lead generation; observe contract renewal processes; door to door training.
• Management & Reporting: prepare weekly progress reports and assist in planning; participate in management meetings and training workshops.
