Job summary

You will coordinate tenant check-ins/outs and inspections, monitor maintenance and utilities, and track readings and bills while ensuring accurate records and timely updates. You will also prepare reports and communicate effectively with owners and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant check-ins, check-outs and unit inspections.
• Monitor maintenance requests, utilities and access arrangements.
• Track utility readings and outstanding bills.
• Prepare property management reports and updates.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, complaints and operational issues.
• Prepare and issue notices and tenant communications.
• Provide owners with regular property and financial updates.
• Record and track maintenance requests and work orders.
