Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Customer Service and Handover Coordinator to support purchasers throughout the handover process and defect resolution.

You will coordinate handover appointments, document handovers, log defects, and liaise with Technical/Site teams to follow up and update buyers. Fresh graduates are welcome; basic MS Office skills and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly point of contact for purchasers and assist with enquiries.
• Coordinate and assist with key handover appointments and documentation.
• Guide purchasers through the handover process and ensure a smooth experience.
• Receive and record defect complaints and coordinate with the Technical/Site team for follow-up.
• Monitor defect rectification progress and keep purchasers updated.
• Maintain records of purchaser, handover and defect matters.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, Site and other teams to resolve concerns.
• Support the Customer Service team in daily activities and other tasks.
