Job summary

Shang Height Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site QA/QC Inspector in Malaysia to conduct regular on-site inspections, verifying workmanship against drawings and specifications while upholding company standards.

You will monitor units before handover, identify defects, prepare defect lists and reports, and coordinate with contractors and project teams to rectify issues within timelines, ensuring smooth handover readiness and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Construction field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in property development or site inspection.
• Experience with handover, defect management is a plus.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specs.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and drawings.
• Monitor units before CPC, vacant possession, and handover.
• Identify defects and quality issues during construction.
• Prepare defect lists, inspection and progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to rectify defects.
• Verify rectifications before closing defect items.
• Coordinate QA/QC with project team, consultants and departments.
• Support unit handover readiness and purchaser inspections.
• Communicate defect status and repair progress with purchasers.
