Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian property management regulations.

• Relevant certification or diploma in property management or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

About the role

VAM Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Property Executive to join our property management team. This is a position based in our HQ office at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

This role requires inter-state travelling. But with additional Claims/Allowances.

As a Property Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing residential properties and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation as a trusted property management company, handling day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance coordination.

Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports on the condition of properties

Responding to tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Coordinating maintenance and repair works, obtaining quotes from contractors and overseeing quality of service delivery

Preparing and maintaining comprehensive property documentation, rental agreements and tenant records

Conducting viewings for prospective tenants and assisting with the leasing process

Ensuring compliance with tenancy laws, regulations and company policies

Liaising between landlords and tenants to resolve disputes and maintain positive relationships

Monitoring lease agreements, renewal dates and rental payments

Preparing regular reports on property performance and occupancy rates
