PINNACLE GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a versatile Sales Executive (Property Developer) to drive sales of residential developments nationwide from our Malaysia office.

You will engage with prospective buyers, present developments, conduct viewings, and manage end-to-end sales processes. The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent client service, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business, 2–3 years in property sales, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of property sales experience or related real estate role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; licensed real estate agent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective buyers to understand needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and advice to help customers find their home.
• Conduct property viewings and tours of developments.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
• Maintain a pipeline of buyers and convert leads into sales.
• Attend roadshows, exhibitions and events to promote projects.
• Assist clients with financing arrangements and required documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and agencies.
