Job summary

Ideahome Development Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Marketing Cum Sales Executive to promote property development projects and drive marketing activities.

You will handle enquiries, arrange viewings and support sales operations to convert leads into buyers. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate or related field with 2–3 years in property marketing or digital marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in property marketing, real estate sales or digital marketing.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media marketing tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing plan strategies to promote the property's development projects.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and other channels.
• Prepare marketing materials, property advertisements and project listings.
• Conduct digital marketing campaigns to raise project awareness and generate leads.
• Assist in organising property exhibitions, events and sales activities.
• Handle buyer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
• Arrange property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers.
