The role requires coordinating with consultants and authorities, monitoring site progress, and preparing management updates.

You will work with a team, applying Civil Engineering principles, construction management practices, and regulatory compliance to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property development or construction.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, project management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and project management software is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Monitor site progress and quality control to ensure work is completed according to drawings and standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare project reports and updates for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
