Temokin Builder Sdn Bhd is expanding its Property & Construction Development division and seeks an experienced Project Manager. The role targets overseeing high-rise building projects, requiring strong leadership and a track record in complex developments across multiple locations in Malaysia.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant construction or property development experience.
• Proven track record managing high-rise building projects is essential.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities; effective stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel between Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor as required.

Responsibilities

Project Manager (Property & Construction Development)

About the Role

As part of our company's ongoing expansion into Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Langkawi, we are seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to lead and oversee our construction and property development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in high-rise building construction, proven project leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from planning through to completion.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full project lifecycle of construction and property development projects, from pre-construction to handover.

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Liaise and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and adherence to approved building plans and regulations.

Prepare and present project status reports, cost analysis, and updates to top management.

Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and issues in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with construction laws, safety standards, and local authority requirements across project locations.

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in the construction and/or property development industry.

Proven track record and hands‑on experience managing high‑rise building projects is a must.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Sound knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to be based at and travel between Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor as required by project needs.
